Clinic by Kahloon was built inside a charity clinic that gives most of its medicine away, so free and welfare medicine is handled from day one. We Set It Up With You

Most clinics go live in 3 to 5 days. You count your stock; we load it.

  1. Subscribe. Your clinic is created and you are its Administrator.
  2. Your medicine list. Send us your distributor invoices or shelf list. We enter it.
  3. Opening stock. Count on a quiet evening. We load the numbers the next day.
  4. Train your staff. Short guides for each role. With We Set It Up For You, we train them live on Microsoft Teams.
  5. Go live. Register your first patient. If you get stuck while setting up, we join a Teams call and help.

Questions Doctors Ask

What Counts As Staff?

Front desk, nurse, pharmacist, purchaser and administrator logins. Doctors are counted separately. Staff who leave are switched off and no longer count, and everything they recorded stays.

What Is The Difference Between Patient Profiles And Visits?

A patient profile is the record of one person registered at your clinic: their details, photo, history, prescriptions and reports. A visit is each time they come, for a consultation, nursing or the pharmacy. A patient who comes back every month is one profile and twelve visits a year. Core covers 15,000 visits a year, about 50 every working day.

What Happens When We Reach A Limit?

Nothing stops. Your front desk keeps registering patients and starting visits, and we let you know it is time to move up a plan: Complete, or Advance for larger centres. We never lock a patient's record because of a limit.

Our Second Doctor Only Comes Two Evenings A Week. Does That Count?

Yes, as one of your doctors. A doctor who stops coming can be switched off, and every prescription they wrote stays in your patients' records.

Can We Move Between Plans?

Yes, whenever your clinic changes. Your patients, prescriptions and stock stay exactly as they are; only the patient features and your limits change.

How Do We Pay?

By card, through Stripe, in US dollars. Pakistani debit and credit cards work when they are enabled for international online payments.

Who Enters My Medicines?

You can, or we do it for you with We Set It Up For You. Send us your distributor invoices or a shelf list and count your opening stock; we load it.

What Happens When The Internet Or Electricity Goes?

Clinic by Kahloon needs the internet. It works on mobile data, so a phone hotspot and a small UPS keep the front desk running.

Is It In Urdu? Will It Print On My Printer?

The screens are in English today. Prescriptions, invoices and reports print on A4.
